Wednesday personality types
One deadpan Addams, one school for outcasts, and a body count nobody budgeted for.
Take a Wednesday quiz
A girl who refuses to smile should not be this much fun to watch, and yet. Wednesday premiered on Netflix in November 2022 and became one of the platform’s biggest launches. Jenna Ortega’s Wednesday Addams gets expelled for dumping piranhas into a school pool, lands at Nevermore Academy, a boarding school for werewolves, sirens, gorgons and other outcasts, and starts solving murders nobody asked her to solve.
Season two came out in two parts in 2025. There is a new principal, an obsessive fan, far more of the Addams family, and an ending that sends Wednesday and Uncle Fester north to find Enid.
Everyone at Nevermore wears a mask of some kind, and that is what makes them so fun to type. Wednesday’s biggest secret is that she cares at all. Our profiles cover both seasons, so spoilers are everywhere, from the identity of the Hyde to where Thing came from. If you have not watched part two yet, take the quiz first and read the profiles later.
