Our content

We write the articles and quizzes ourselves and create our own cards and graphics. Our cards and graphics are our own. On some character pages we also show a small, low-resolution still from the franchise, taken from official press materials, to identify the character we are writing about. We credit the owner next to every such image and link to its source. We do not host video or full-size artwork. All franchise names, characters and images remain the property of their respective owners (for example Nickelodeon, Paramount, Netflix, Warner Bros., Disney), and this Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Why we show small franchise images

Where a character page carries a still from the franchise, we use it on these grounds:

• It identifies the character the page is about and sits next to our own commentary and analysis of that character.
• The owner is named in the caption, with a link to the source where there is one.
• It is a single, low-resolution image (shown at no more than about 480 pixels wide), too small to use as artwork, wallpaper or merchandise.
• It is not offered for download, and it is not used in social previews or in our Pinterest pins.
• It does not replace the show or film, and we do not host episodes, clips or full-size artwork.
• Every image can be removed on request (see below).

The images remain the property of their owners. We make no claim to them, and this Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Rights holders: removal on request

If you own or represent the rights to a still shown here and want it removed, tell us at hello@whichareyou.com (subject “Image removal”). You do not need to send a formal notice. We take the image down within 48 hours of a request that identifies the page and shows you represent the owner.

Reporting infringement

If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@whichareyou.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the work you say is infringed, and proof that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
• the exact address (URL) of the page and a description of the material you want removed;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act.

We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe. We may pass a copy of the notice to the person who posted the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, email us with your contact details, the address of the removed material and a statement that you believe in good faith that it was removed in error.
