Larissa Weems runs Nevermore the way a general runs a fortress. She wears perfect coats, gives perfect speeches, and keeps one eye on the school’s reputation in Jericho and the other on the difficult new student who sank a pool full of piranhas into her inbox. She wants rules followed, events held on time, and the town’s leaders kept happy. That is an ESTJ, a type that thinks in structures and procedures and trusts what has worked before. Weems keeps carefully courting the local normies in Jericho because a fragile peace needs maintenance, and she keeps the new problem student on a short leash because one more scandal could sink the whole school. She remembers every past incident, every donor, every promise made to the town council. Her decisions are rarely cruel, just efficient.
Under the efficiency sits a 3. Threes are image managers, and Weems is the face of Nevermore in every sense. She is literally a shapeshifter, someone who can become whoever the moment requires. She cares how the school looks, how the town sees outcasts, how donors and the sheriff will react. Her old rivalry with Morticia, her roommate from their own Nevermore days, is pure status: Morticia was the star, and Weems was the tall girl in her shadow. Running the school is her answer to that.
She grows just as she dies. In the last episode of season one she shapeshifts into Tyler to trick Thornhill into a confession, and it works, but Laurel injects her with nightshade and kills her. For once she chose courage over caution, and the cost was everything. Season two brings her back as Wednesday’s spirit guide, still giving orders, still sharp, and the show uses her to say what Wednesday cannot say to herself.
Could she be an ENTJ? She is strategic and she does play the long game with the town. But Weems protects an existing institution rather than building a new one, and her instinct is to keep order, not to change it. She is a guardian more than a conqueror, so ESTJ holds.
Strengths
- Calm and decisive in a crisis

- Holds onto old rivalries for decades
- Too rigid with difficult students
- Hides real fear behind perfect manners
In relationships
Weems gives orders the way some people give hugs: she means well, and she expects you to say thank you. She is fair, demanding and just a little vain, and the people who work with her know exactly where they stand at all times.
Morticia is her lifelong frenemy, the rival who made her who she is. Bianca is the student who reminds her most of herself: ambitious, image aware, a born leader. Wednesday is the student who drove her up the wall and earned her respect anyway, which is why the afterlife assigned her as a spirit guide.
