Bianca Barclay meets Wednesday the way a queen meets a new country.
She is the top of the Nevermore food chain: the best fencer, the leader of the secret Nightshade Society, Xavier’s ex, the girl everyone either envies or fears. On day one Wednesday challenges her in fencing class and Bianca treats it like a declaration of war, which it is.
We type her as an ENTJ. Bianca organizes the world around goals. She knows who has influence, who can be useful, and which rules she can bend without getting caught. She has a long-range sense of where she wants to be and the drive to get there.
The interesting part is how she uses her power. Sirens can brainwash people with their song, yet in season one Bianca fights her battles with reputation, fencing and a little sabotage, as when she tampers with Wednesday’s boat in the Poe Cup. That mix of restraint and pettiness says more about her character than any fencing trophy.
She is a textbook 3 with a 2 wing. Threes chase achievement and image because somewhere early they learned that love comes with a scoreboard. Bianca’s mother Gabrielle, also a siren, was part of the Morning Song cult, which Bianca escaped before enrolling at Nevermore on a scholarship, so she built a new life where her success is her own. The 2 wing shows up in her quiet need to be liked, as well as respected, and in the way she softens once Wednesday stops treating her as a threat.
Across both seasons the mask cracks a little at a time. In season one she helps interrogate Tyler, then backs out and alerts Weems, and later stabs Crackstone from behind so Wednesday can finish him. In season two Principal Dort uses her siren voice on Grandmama and Morticia, and she ends up forcing him to confess. Each time, Bianca becomes less of a queen and more of an ally.
ESTJ is a reasonable alternative, given her love of hierarchy and status. But Bianca is less interested in the existing rules than in rewriting them in her favor, and her plans are ambitious rather than procedural. ENTJ fits her better.

In relationships
Bianca keeps score, and she knows she does. She gives respect only after you earn it, and once you do, she is the friend who will fight your battles in public and roll her eyes at you in private. Under the polish is someone who has been used before and does not want it to happen again.
Wednesday is her rival and her mirror, and their reluctant alliance is one of the best slow burns in the show. Xavier was the relationship that taught her she cannot control everything. Gomez would be her favorite adult in the Addams family, because he respects a strong opponent and would challenge her to a duel on day one.
