The scene that breaks Suguru Geto is not a fight. It is applause. In Hidden Inventory, after Toji kills Riko Amanai, Gojo carries her body into the hall of the group that wanted her dead, and the members smile and clap. Gojo asks whether he should kill them. Geto says there is no point. You can see something in him crack right there.
Geto is a One with a Two wing, a man who needs the world to be right. As a student he has one clear answer: sorcerers exist to protect people who cannot see curses. When the world is not right, Ones reform it, and Geto stays a reformer to the end, only now the reform is genocide against non-sorcerers. The Two wing is his tenderness toward his adopted daughters and his followers. Even in Shinjuku, when he faces Gojo in a crowd, he is calm and almost kind.
I type him INFJ. The warmth that makes him a good friend also makes him a frightening cult leader. He listens, he soothes, and people follow him. He also swallows every curse he captures, and each one tastes like a rag soaked in vomit. He does it anyway, for others. That ideal is what holds him together, and the INFJ in him needs the world to mean something.
Then the ideal starts to fail. Yuki Tsukumo talks about a world without curses, and one option on her list is a world with only sorcerers. Haibara dies on a mission that was supposed to be easy. Geto’s reasoning bends, slowly, toward a terrible conclusion.
The break comes where INFJs are weakest, in the physical moment. In a village he finds two girls, Mimiko and Nanako, caged and beaten by people who fear their power. He kills everyone in the village, then his own parents. It is a grip moment taken to a horrifying extreme: years of inner pressure turned into violent action in one night.
A strong case says INTJ, given the cold planning of his later years. I weighed it. Still, his choices are driven by people: the girls in the cage, Haibara, Riko. He reasons from feeling outward, and that is INFJ.

In relationships
Geto loves with a protective, almost parental devotion. He adopts Mimiko and Nanako on the spot and treats his followers like family. With Gojo he had the kind of friendship where you finish each other's fights, and it still ended with them on opposite sides of a crowded street.
In conflict he is calm, reasonable and impossible to move once his mind is made up. He matches best with people strong enough to argue back: Gojo, his only equal, Nanami, who shared his disillusionment and chose differently, and Megumi, another quiet idealist with very selective mercy.
