Friends personality types

Rachel Green runs into Central Perk in a soaked wedding dress in the very first episode, and Friends never slows down after that. NBC aired it for ten seasons, from 1994 to 2004. More than twenty years later it still sits in everyone’s streaming queue, mostly because six people on an orange couch turned out to be a great study of how friends get on each other’s nerves.

Each of them hides a fear behind a habit. Monica cleans when life feels out of control, Chandler makes a joke before anyone can see him wince, and Ross explains things nobody asked about. Read the profiles side by side and you can watch those habits bend over ten years of dating, moving out and moving back in. We also typed four regulars from the edges: Gunther, Janice, Mike and Richard. There are spoilers for every season, so yes, we talk about whether they were on a break. After that, the quiz decides which apartment you belong in.
