Queen Charlotte has two great passions in the series: her Pomeranians and not being bored. Everything else follows from the second one. She picks the Diamond of each season on sight, Daphne in season one, Edwina in season two, the way you might pick a horse at the races. When Daphne’s season gets dull, she brings in her own nephew, Prince Friedrich of Prussia, to court her and raise the stakes. When Lady Whistledown keeps getting the best gossip first, Charlotte takes it personally and turns unmasking her into a royal hobby.
That reads as ESTP. She lives in the moment and hungers for spectacle and stimulation. She judges people by how they look and move, she decides fast, and she gets restless the second nothing is happening. There is a cool, sharp mind behind the powder too. She sees through flattery, tests people with odd questions, and in season two she corners Eloise with real cunning when she suspects her of writing the column.
The future is where her real pain sits. King George is ill. In season one we see him confused and lost in time while Charlotte tries to soothe him, and you understand why she would rather fill her days with balls and gossip than sit with what is coming. She also knows exactly how one royal nod can make or break a family, and she uses that command of public mood without apology.
She is a Seven with an 8 wing. Sevens outrun pain with fun, plans and novelty, and Charlotte’s entire social calendar works as a distraction from a grief she cannot fix. The 8 wing is the iron: she will not be defied, mocked or kept waiting, which is why an anonymous gossip writer drives her up the wall. Her growth in season three is small but telling. When Penelope reveals herself, Charlotte lets her keep writing, on the condition that she writes more kindly. She can enjoy being outplayed. A strong case says she is an ENTJ or an Eight, all control and authority. I considered it. Still, she drops her own plans the moment they stop being entertaining, which a commander would never do. Her rule serves her need for amusement, not the reverse.

In relationships
Look at the scenes where Charlotte sits with King George while he is lost in the past. That devotion is the quiet heart of her character, and she loves fiercely and privately. In public she keeps affection on a strict ration, handing out favor like jewels and taking it back just as fast.
In conflict she does not argue, she rules. Her best matches can hold their own: Lady Danbury, her oldest sparring partner, Penelope, who outfoxed her for years and earned her grudging respect, and Cressida, whose ambition she can read like a menu.
