We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few working days. If you are reporting a mistake, please include the page address and what looks wrong. That is the fastest way to get it fixed.
What to write to us about
- A mistake or outdated fact. If a profile gets a detail wrong about a character, a plot point or a cast, tell us which page and what the correct version is. We check it against the source and update the page.
- A type you disagree with. Every profile explains why a character got an MBTI and enneagram type. If you think another type fits better, send your reasoning. Good arguments do change profiles.
- A franchise or character request. Tell us which show, film, book or anime you would like to see next and which characters matter most to you.
- Copyright and image removal. If you are a rights holder and want an image changed or removed, follow the steps in our Copyright and DMCA policy and we will act quickly.
- Privacy requests. To ask about your data, see the Privacy Policy and write to the address above.
- Press and partnerships. Short notes with a clear idea are the easiest to answer.
